Role Description The M&E Manager (HQ based) is a full-time, on-site role located in Petaling Jaya, responsible for managing mechanical and electrical systems across company projects and facilities. This role oversees system performance, coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensures compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and internal standards. The M&E Manager will mainly support tender submission and in house design and built submission process. The M&E Manager also collaborates closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors to design, review, and implement M&E solutions that support safety, efficiency, and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong M&E knowledge and experience in mechanical and electrical systems within construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Candidates should possess capabilities in providing technical assistance, solution, and coordination with project and site teams.
  • Candidates should possess analytical skills and a solid understanding of statistics to interpret data, support decision-making, and improve system efficiency.
  • Relevant degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure environments, preferably with exposure to Malaysian regulatory and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in M&E-related software, documentation, and reporting tools, with attention to detail and safety-focused practices.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience of at least 10 years in relevant industry.
