Job Overview
Responsible for overall planning, execution, and delivery of M&E projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple M&E projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards and company policies.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage project teams, providing leadership and guidance.
- Prepare proposal for new enquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in M&E project management.
- Experience in managing MEP, HVAC, cleanroom, data center, industrial or construction projects would be an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, etc.).
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
