What are your job responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
- Carry out regular inspections to facilitate and ensure all maintenance works are carried out within timeframe given and upon emergencies encountered.
- Provide coordination between client, designers, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers when as required.
- To prepare project schedules and progress reports within time frame given.
- Responsible for all project's correspondence and documentations.
- Oversee and supervision overall of Mechanical & Electrical related matters.
- Plan schedules and execute preventive maintenance.
- Develop and implement quality control programs.
- Participate in any necessary quality audits in relation to M&E works.
- Design contingency plan for major fault and temporary usage for any electrical system.
- Configure live equipment in electrical installation system and carry out regular inspection to facilitate and ensure all maintenance works are carried out in the most cost-effective manner.
- Ensure that installation comply with latest of Malaysia Energy Commission.
- Familiar with renovation guideline and carry out renovation monitoring and enforcement work at site.
What you need to succeed in this role
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work on Project Sites including outstation sites.
- Working days & hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm), Sat (9am - 3pm)
