Job Title: M365 / Exchange OnlineEngineer
Monthly Salary: $8,000 - $10,500 SGD

Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer and support Exchange Online environment including mail flow, transport rules, and hygiene
- Manage shared mailboxes, distribution groups, resource mailboxes, and room mailboxes
- Configure and maintain retention policies, litigation hold, and compliance features
- Administer email journaling for archiving and legal compliance requirements
- Troubleshoot mail flow issues, delivery failures, and transport delays
- Manage SMTP relay and connector configurations
- Support hybrid Exchange configurations with on-premises infrastructure
- Implement and maintain email security policies (anti-phishing, anti-malware, safe links/attachments)
- Coordinate with security team on email threat investigations
- Generate executive reports on email usage and security posture
- Manage mailbox migrations from on-premises to Exchange Online
- Maintain documentation of email environment and standard operating procedures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Exchange Server and Exchange Online
- Strong understanding of SMTP, DNS (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and email routing
- Experience with email security platforms (Proofpoint, Mimecast, or similar)
- Proficiency in PowerShell for Exchange Online management
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate preferred
- Experience with hybrid Exchange deployments and migration tools
- Basic understanding of ITIL principles
- Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
