Job Description:
- Execute technical rollout, configuration, and troubleshooting of M365 security stack
- Work closely with Architect to meet migration timelines through efficient deployment and testing
- Configure and implement M365 security solutions across identity, endpoint, cloud apps, and servers
- Troubleshoot identity sync issues and security policy conflicts in hybrid environments
- Implement data protection solutions including DLP, data lifecycle, and eDiscovery
- Configure and manage auditing and monitoring for Microsoft 365
- Support POC activities and ensure timely sign-offs
- Prepare and maintain Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation
- Ensure smooth migration with high deployment velocity and minimal delays
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in M365 security implementation and troubleshooting
- Experience deploying M365 security components for 3,000+ users environment
- Strong experience in hybrid environments (on-prem AD + cloud)
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Defender for Identity (on-prem AD integration)
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Office, Cloud Apps, and Servers
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Data Lifecycle Management, eDiscovery
- Microsoft 365 Auditing and monitoring
Certifications (Preferred):
- Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100)
- Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate (SC-400)
- Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200)
Other Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience in documentation (LLD)
- Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced migration environments
