M365 Technical Specialist

We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist to act as the vital bridge between our technical delivery and user enablement. In this role, you won't just manage the backend—you will empower users by ensuring they understand, adopt, and thrive using the M365 suite.

The Role at a Glance

Working side-by-side with our Change Management team, you will be the primary technical advisor for all things M365. You will ensure that technical realities are translated into meaningful user journeys, driving sustained usage across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Explain M365 setup, features, and limitations in clear, non-technical language for Change Managers and stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance for Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive to ensure the environment is ready for users.
• Work with Change Management to create role-based user scenarios, training content, and FAQs.
• Identify technical gaps or licensing issues that could impact the user experience.
• Stay ahead of Microsoft's feature releases and proactively brief teams on upcoming updates (including Copilot).

What You Bring

• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting M365 in enterprise environments.
• Certifications : Must hold at least one M365 certification (e.g., MS-900, MS-700, or MS-102).
• Technical Depth: Deep knowledge of licensing models, cloud collaboration, and the dependencies between technical migration and user impact.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to collaborate with both IT teams and business stakeholders.
