  • Job Summary:We are looking for a Junior Mainframe Developer with 3-5 years of experience in Cardlink application development and delivery. The role requires strong technical skills in COBOL, CICS, JCL, and Easytrieve on Mainframe ZOS, with hands-on experience in VSAM and Sequential Datasets.
  • The ideal candidate should have a background in the banking sector, be familiar with the SDLC process, and have experience working with change management tools.Key Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and maintain applications in COBOL, CICS, JCL, and Easytrieve. Work with VSAM and Sequential Datasets for data processing.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Ensure adherence to change management processes and banking compliance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, efficient solutions.
  • Provide support for production incidents and assist in troubleshooting and defect resolution.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Mainframe application development.
  • Proven experience in Cardlink Development and Delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of COBOL, CICS, JCL, Easytrieve on Mainframe ZOS.
  • Familiarity with banking sector applications and financial systems.
  • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and change management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
