Your tasks
- Generate reflow and wave oven programs. Overseeing the compatibility with new products to run.
- Create and program new components on Siplace Pro Database.
- Coordinate with supplier for the fabrication of wave pallet soldering and jigs related to the manual process (manual soldering/screwing/glueing).
- Manage and monitor the maintenance plans, perform maintenance, troubleshooting on machines and contact person for malfunctions on machines.
- Expert for process parameters, deep knowledge of machine functions and parameters and regularly qualify and verify the process function of machines.
- Collaborate closely with production and product development teams, provide technical expertise and support, and foster a strong team environment.
- Creating and maintaining machines or equipment related standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Drive or lead continue improvement activity
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronic assembly or related field, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
- Experience in process engineering or implementing lean production methodologies, with a proven track record of improving efficiency or driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork Collaborate effectively with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and external partners to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work environment
- High importance on quality and attention to detail
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possessing Radiation Protection Officer (RPO) qualification is an advantage.
