Job Description

Job Description:

Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for logistics equipment and facility systems.
Ensure maximum uptime of operational equipment, including conveyors, sortation systems, dock equipment, forklifts, and material handling systems.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and lead root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring issues.
Coordinate corrective maintenance activities and manage emergency breakdown responses.
Monitor equipment performance, maintenance KPIs, and recommend improvement initiatives.
Work closely with Operations teams to minimize operational disruptions during maintenance activities.
Manage external contractors and service providers to ensure work quality, safety, and compliance.
Plan and manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and equipment lifecycle.
Support installation, commissioning, relocation, and upgrades of new equipment and automation systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, engineering standards, and preventive maintenance procedures.
Prepare technical reports, maintenance documentation, and equipment performance analysis.
Drive continuous improvement projects to improve equipment reliability, reduce maintenance costs, and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
5â€8 years of experience in maintenance engineering, facility engineering, manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, or industrial operations.
Experience maintaining conveyors, automation systems, material handling equipment, or warehouse machinery is highly preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Experience managing maintenance contractors and vendors.
Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings..
Good project management and communication skills.
