Ensure Maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) — including MTBF, MTTR and MWT — for production lines consistently meet or exceed set targets
Execute all relevant activities to achieve departmental KPIs (S,Q,D,C), while driving continuous improvement through realistic goal setting in collaboration with the team
Lead or support root cause analysis using structured methodologies such as Fishbone Diagram, Why- Why, Is/Is not analysis
Ensure all maintenance-related content and documentation reflect the most current data and insights to support informed decision-making and continuous process optimization (PDCA, SPL, OCAP, PSS.PFMEA,CP)
Actively participate in Value Stream Daily Leadership Review (DLR) and MyKATA sessions to align with operational priorities and drive engagement
Contribute meaningfully to Value Stream Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) on a quarterly basis, supporting long-term performance enhancements
Perform troubleshooting and repair of for equipment related issues involving mechanical, electrical and PLC automation systems
Collaborate closely with process owners and other stakeholders to resolve quality issues, technical issues and implement improvement initiatives effectively
Train, coach, and develop technician technical know-how to independently and effectively handle assembly station troubleshooting and sustainment activities
New project early involvement to evaluate equipment performance and TPM readiness with technical analysis for rational decision justification. Manage and ensure timely preparation and uploading of all maintenance-related manufacturing documents prior to operational release
Participate actively in TEF departmental initiatives such as Lean After Lean, Digitalization and Automation Projects, and BPS-TPM activities
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior, ensuring flexibility and commitment to team and organizational goals

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent)
3–5 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
Experience or exposure to final assembly maintenance activities
Basic to intermediate machine troubleshooting skills with understanding of electrical circuits/schematics and mechanical drawings
Strong willingness to learn, with interest and motivation to support improvement initiatives
Able to plan and organize own tasks with some guidance and supervision
Team player with good communication skills and a cooperative working attitude
Good English written and verbal communication skills
