Maintenance Engineer

Job responsibilities

1. According to the company's after-sales service policy, complete the maintenance tasks assigned by the department to ensure the achievement of maintenance business KPIs and improve customer satisfaction;

2. Write maintenance related documents and coach new employees to form knowledge inheritance and improve their mastery of business skills in the department;

3. Collect product and maintenance quality issues and promote improvement to improve the overall maintenance quality of the department.

Qualification

1. Familiar with analog and digital electronic circuit analysis, able to understand circuit diagrams;

2. Familiar with electronic components, proficient in using soldering irons, air guns, and oscilloscopes is preferred;

3. Have service awareness and good communication skills;

4. Majors in electronics, communication, and computer related fields;

5. Good English communication skills
