Job Description

Principal Duties

  • Adhere to Deleum's Code of Business Conduct.
  • Comply with the requirements of the Competency Management System and Performance Based on Competency Program (PBCP).
  • Adhere to Deleum's and/or customers QHSE requirements.
  • Plan and implement daily and turnaround maintenance activities in line with available resources to achieve the required asset availability and reliability. The role involves conducting equipment investigations, troubleshooting, and defect elimination via root cause failure analysis, while ensuring all activities are carried out in strict compliance with HSE and quality requirements.
  • Manage the maintenance and quality teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at minimizing non-productive time (NPT) while establishing effective maintenance strategies.
  • Review and prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all wireline surface equipment, and develop plans to enhance equipment performance.
  • Manage and ensure maintenance supervisors and mechanics perform thorough quality monitoring of troubleshooting, repairs, and servicing of equipment within the established timeline, following the five maintenance stages (receiving, servicing, preventive maintenance, function test, and quality check), including certification of equipment and tools.
  • Lead the maintenance and quality teams in preparing monthly reports on equipment KPIs, root causes of equipment failure, and troubleshooting analyses. This includes developing action plans for preventive and predictive maintenance execution.
  • Reshape and optimize maintenance capabilities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide analytical reports on daily routine and offshore maintenance activities, tracking maintenance performance and equipment downtime while minimizing potential failures.
  • Identify the lifespan of spare parts for inventory records and develop programs to ensure timely replacement before end-of-life.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities beyond those explicitly outlined in the job description, as required, provided such tasks are reasonably related to the role and fall within your qualifications and expertise.

Knowledge / Experience Required for the Job

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Experience in coordinating onshore and offshore operations.

Academic / Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management Systems, Engineering, Petroleum, or any related discipline.
