About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to support and improve our manufacturing operations. This role focuses on equipment reliability, maintenance management, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure smooth production performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective maintenance and reliability of production equipment and facilities
- Lead preventive maintenance and resolve equipment breakdowns
- Supervise and develop maintenance team members
- Support daily production to ensure smooth operations
- Manage spare parts, maintenance budget, and purchase processes
- Drive productivity improvements, reduce downtime, and support Lean/5S initiatives
- Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Implement cost-saving and efficiency improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with GMP and maintain proper documentation (SOPs, records)
- Handle inspections and licensing with local authorities (e.g., JKKP, BOMBA, ST)
- Support audits, validation, and equipment qualification activities
- Participate in investigations (NCR, CAPA, deviations)
- Support factory improvement and engineering projects
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related)
- Knowledge of GMP and manufacturing processes (mixing, filling, packing)
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in maintenance systems and procedures
- Good leadership and team collaboration skills
- Proactive, results-driven, and well-organized
