Facility & Maintenance Manager Responsible for maintenance of all production lines and machinery to ensure efficient operations at all times.
Responsible to ensure smooth facilities / utilities support for overall plant operations at all times
Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates besides tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.
Establish and implement preventive maintenance programs to all production machinery.
Schedule and oversee all maintenance-related work by managing a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
Look for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity and cut costs.
Ensure all maintenance operations are done in accordance with OSHA guidelines and other Government regulations.
Ensure that basic facilities are well-maintained and conduct proactive maintenance.
Ensure that facilities meet compliance standards and Government regulations.
Oversee any renovations, refurbishments and building projects.
Liaise and network with relevant authorities i.e. MDSR, TNB, JKKP, BOMBA, and other related agencies for continuous operations and compliance.
