Maintenance Supervisor - Mechanical (Oleochemical Industry)

• Conducting comprehensive maintenance of plants, covering breakdown and preventive maintenance.
• Evaluating and assigning work requests, duties, and schedules for workshop staff, including both mechanical and electrical personnel.
• Managing spare parts inventory for critical equipment.
• Ensuring sourced parts meet approved specifications as per plant requirements.
• Assisting engineers/managers in preparing proper plant shutdown plans and leading maintenance teams in troubleshooting.
• Ensuring compliance of all plant utilities with legal requirements.
• Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to safety regulations.
• Ensuring familiarity with and adherence to the company's Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Food Safety policies.
• Implementing and maintaining the company's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) and Food Safety management systems, including adherence to standard requirements.
• Implementing energy management system requirements.
• Cooperating and complying with additional tasks or instructions from superiors regarding plant maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification – Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum five (5) years working experience in related industry.
• Preferably from Oleochemical industry
• Advantage with QHSE and Food Safety knowledge/working experience.
• Must be able to work in Pasir Gudang with 5.5 working days.
