Conducting comprehensive maintenance of plants, covering breakdown and preventive maintenance.
Evaluating and assigning work requests, duties, and schedules for workshop staff, including both mechanical and electrical personnel.
Managing spare parts inventory for critical equipment.
Ensuring sourced parts meet approved specifications as per plant requirements.
Assisting engineers/managers in preparing proper plant shutdown plans and leading maintenance teams in troubleshooting.
Ensuring compliance of all plant utilities with legal requirements.
Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to safety regulations.
Ensuring familiarity with and adherence to the company's Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Food Safety policies.
Implementing and maintaining the company's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) and Food Safety management systems, including adherence to standard requirements.
Implementing energy management system requirements.
Cooperating and complying with additional tasks or instructions from superiors regarding plant maintenance.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum five (5) years working experience in related industry.
Preferably fromOleochemicalindustry
Advantage with QHSE and Food Safety knowledge/working experience.
Must be able to work inPasir Gudangwith 5.5 working days.
