Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Key process: Optical Coating, Scribe and Cleaving, Sawing, Die Sorting, AOI, Stack and Unstacking
- To assist production and engineering in achieving assembly goals.
- Conduct first level check on equipment failure.
- To maintain and qualify equipment, tools/ fixtures for production and engineering use.
- Perform periodic verification, calibration and preventive maintenance on equipment/ tools/ fixtures. To provide technical support on process to ensure smooth production.
- Execute improvement projects to improve equipment performance, process stability and efficiency. Responsible for the overall tool-Downtime.
- He/ she is responsible for establishing and implementing all appropriate usage of jigs & fixture. Monitoring reaction plans to improve recovery plans if any machine down.
- Responsible for the equipment troubleshooting documentation, downtime report, and spare parts management.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
- Ensure compliance to Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines.
- Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
- Derive Continual Improvement. Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of tasks. Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc.
Job Requirements:
Education: Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Electrical and Electronics or Mechanical or Mechatronics or Telecommunication)
Experience: At least 5-year experience in related industry. Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature, availability of buddy, duration of learning, etc.
