Key Duties and Responsibilities

  1. To execute corrective measures with high efficiency whenever there is a breakdown and record down the clear definition of corrective actions in B-core CMMS.
  2. To support machine product EWAK changeover or conversion activities to ensure changeover time range fulfill operation target setting.
  3. To support module engineer for workstation and equipment setup and troubleshooting
  4. To assist maintenance engineer achieve department goals and KPIs.
  5. To attend all breakdowns promptly
  6. To assist module engineer for fixture/tool modification and replacement.
  7. Support PM task base on real time condition required, planned schedule or manpower availability.
  8. Maintain 5S in work area and comply with Bosch health and safety compliance
  9. To support on any other section related duties assigned to currentteam.
  10. Comply with safety ground rules and requirement to carry out the maintenance.

Qualifications

  1. Diploma or Certificate holder (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering)
  2. Beginner or 1-2 yearsrelated working experience in manufacturing industries.
  3. Related working experiencein manufacturing environment is required.
  4. Ability to perform good analysis, troubleshooting, mechanical, detail reporting skills.
  5. Willing to work on weekends or public holiday.
  6. Good cooperation skill, team player & can follow instruction from supervisor/ shift lead
  7. Teamwork, organizational skill, positive attitude for continuous improvement.
