Job Description
- To support business development & workshop recruitment into their system.
- Act as main point of contact (POC) for assigned workshops including to lead end-to-end onboarding, including setup, training, and activation.
- Conduct training sessions for workshop owners & staff.
- Support data migration, including customer database, inventory / stock list and financial data (e.g. transactions, sales records).
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and post-go-live support.
- Track performance metrics (onboarding completion, active usage, adoption rates).
- Assist in providing feedbacks from users and answering their queries.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- 0-2 years working experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Exposure to sales, customer-facing roles, or finance processes is a plus
