Job Summary
This role supports both HR and office administrative operations, with a focus on retail frontline support and daily office coordination. The position will assist in recruitment, attendance and payroll administration, employee benefits coordination, as well as office facility and vendor management. The role provides exposure to both country and regional HR operations within a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities to develop across different HR and business functions.
Core Responsibilities
- HR & Admin SupportSupport recruitment coordination for assigned retail stores, including interview scheduling, onboarding arrangements and follow-up of related HR reports, such as recruitment HC progress, store manpower structure and manpower cost ratio monitoring.
- Assist in monthly attendance and overtime (OT) checking, and support payroll data verification.
- Support basic HR administration, including contract renewal, employee records and staff documentation.
- Assist in employee benefits administration, including insurance updates, staff uniform distribution and employee welfare coordination.
- Office AdministrationSupport daily office administration and coordination.
- Liaise with building management, office landlord and external vendors regarding office maintenance, utilities and related matters.
- Coordinate office cleaning agency, maintenance vendors and protocol hotel arrangements.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, reimbursement and expense claim processing when required.
- Occasionally answer office landline calls and coordinate with relevant colleagues to respond to external enquiries.
- OthersPerform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above in any field.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of working experience or fresh graduates with HR internship experience and strong interest in the HR field are welcome to apply.
- Interested in HR and retail operations, with willingness to learn and grow in the retail HR field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good communication and coordination skills, with a proactive and positive learning attitude.
- Detail-oriented, responsible and able to handle administrative tasks with patience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and supporting frontline retail operations.
