Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and managing a high-quality pipeline of agency and advertiser leads
  • Creating targeted outbound strategies by vertical and market
  • Developing strong C-level relationships with clients and media partners
  • Delivering best-in-class client proposals and presentations
  • Negotiating commercial terms that maximize revenue and client value

About you

You're a motivated self-starter with a strong commercial instinct, excellent relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of the programmatic and performance marketing ecosystem.

What you bring:

  • 4-5 years of sales or business development experience in digital media, programmatic, or affiliate marketing
  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong knowledge of the Southeast Asian advertising landscape
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to simplify complex solutions for clients
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
