ANTA was established in 1991; while ANTA Sports Products Limited, a widely recognized global sportswear company, was listed on the Main Board of HKEx in 2007 (Stock Codes: 2020 (HKD counter) and 82020 (RMB counter)). Core Responsibilities
- Aligning on business strategies with annual and seasonal growth objectives, to come up with initiative planning to improve the business.
- Oversee assigned marketplace accounts, including negotiating deals, operational improvement and campaign participation to maximize growth.
- Managing marketplaces including but not limited to prepare and upload products listing, create assets and pricing within stipulated time-frame.
- Maintain and ensure product information such as product content, pricing, inventory is up-to-date and accurate. Liaise with relevant department for the ongoing promotion and stock planning.
- Involve and assisting in inventory allocations, replenishment and transfer for all online platforms, and ensure healthy inventory level.
- Assisting with day-to-day coordination of the E-Commerce marketplace activities.
- Responsible in responding & following up to any customer feedback, request and inquiries.
- Reaching out to influencers/KOL, and activate affiliate programme to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Liaise with relevant departments to manage and resolved all issues pertaining to online order fulfilment.
- Liaise with logistic partner on all shipping matters to make sure it's smooth and on time delivery.
- Assist in compiling and submitting monthly reports.

Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing or Business Studies or any other equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in Digital Marketing / E-commerce sales / platform management where hands on experience in managing all marketplaces, and Shopify/Shopline platform is preferred. Experience in sports industry will be an added advantage.
- Must be proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Candidate must be able to communicate in English. Ability of communicating in other languages will be an added advantage
- Able to work in a fast-paced digital environment to ensures smooth operation
- Candidate shall be able to work with minimum supervision, and shall be a self-starter with sense of responsibility.
- Sales oriented and highly passion in E-commerce.
