ANTA was established in 1991; while ANTA Sports Products Limited, a widely recognized global sportswear company, was listed on the Main Board of HKEx in 2007 (Stock Codes: 2020 (HKD counter) and 82020 (RMB counter)). The mission of the Company is to bring the transcendent sports spirit into everyone's life. ANTA Sports principally engages in R&D, design, manufacturing, marketing and sales of professional sports products including footwear, apparel and accessories. By embracing an all-round brand portfolio including ANTA, FILA, DESCENTE, KOLON SPORT, MAIA ACTIVE and JACK WOLFSKIN, etc., ANTA Sports aims to unlock the potential of both the mass and high-end sportswear markets. Responsibilities:
- Support the development of the overall human resources strategy and planning in alignment with Anta Malaysia's business objectives, including but not limited for the brands Anta, Wilson, Salomon, Descente, etc.
- Collaborate closely with regional HR colleagues based in other countries to ensure consistency, alignment, and best practice sharing across markets.
- Design and implement a comprehensive talent management framework; oversee initiatives related to talent acquisition, development, and retention to build a skilled and engaged workforce.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers; understand their needs and deliver effective sourcing strategies.
- Drive organizational effectiveness, foster a strong company culture, and support change management initiatives.
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems, ensuring alignment between individual, team, and organizational goals.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and support employee attraction and retention.
- Address complex employee relations issues and ensure the implementation of fair, consistent, and legally compliant HR practices.
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to business departments by understanding their goals and delivering relevant HR solutions and counsel.
- Establish and maintain effective HR reporting systems to ensure regular updates and transparency across the HR function.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, exposure in team management is essential. Retail fashion industry experience is preferred.
- Broad exposure across the full HR spectrum; strong experience in recruitment, organizational development, or performance management is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with stakeholders across China and Southeast Asia.
- Passion for sports is a must.
