Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of the overall human resources strategy and planning in alignment with Anta Malaysia's business objectives, including but not limited for the brands Anta, Wilson, Salomon, Descente, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with regional HR colleagues based in other countries to ensure consistency, alignment, and best practice sharing across markets.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive talent management framework; oversee initiatives related to talent acquisition, development, and retention to build a skilled and engaged workforce.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers; understand their needs and deliver effective sourcing strategies.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness, foster a strong company culture, and support change management initiatives.
  • Develop and manage performance appraisal systems, ensuring alignment between individual, team, and organizational goals.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and support employee attraction and retention.
  • Address complex employee relations issues and ensure the implementation of fair, consistent, and legally compliant HR practices.
  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to business departments by understanding their goals and delivering relevant HR solutions and counsel.
  • Establish and maintain effective HR reporting systems to ensure regular updates and transparency across the HR function.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, exposure in team management is essential. Retail fashion industry experience is preferred.
  • Broad exposure across the full HR spectrum; strong experience in recruitment, organizational development, or performance management is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with stakeholders across China and Southeast Asia.
  • Passion for sports is a must.
