ANTA was established in 1991; while ANTA Sports Products Limited, a widely recognized global sportswear company, was listed on the Main Board of HKEx in 2007 (Stock Codes: 2020 (HKD counter) and 82020 (RMB counter)). The mission of the Company is to bring the transcendent sports spirit into everyone's life. ANTA Sports principally engages in R&D, design, manufacturing, marketing and sales of professional sports products including footwear, apparel and accessories. By embracing an all-round brand portfolio including ANTA, FILA, DESCENTE, KOLON SPORT, MAIA ACTIVE and JACK WOLFSKIN, etc., ANTA Sports aims to unlock the potential of both the mass and high-end sportswear markets. Responsibilities:
- Support regional merchandising operations for offline retail and online E-commerce channels according to business needs
- Assist in merchandise allocation budget, merchandise structure planning, and purchase order placement for SEA
- Administer purchase orders and support payment processes
- Support monthly new product launch guidelines, and track core SKU arrival & sales performance
- Assist in managing SKU orders and arrivals across different countries
- Monitor operational efficiency of online and offline merchandise, and ensure compliance with SEA merchandise operation standards
- Analyze business environment, market trends, merchandising landscape and sales data
- Apply merchandise lifecycle management principles, monitor product sales performance, sell-through rates, stock turnover and inventory levels
- Manage replenishment, regional allocation and promotional planning to control inventory risks
- Consolidate data to support demand forecasting and merchandising planning
- Assist in implementing product assortment, pricing and promotional strategies across channels
- Track product performance across product lifecycle and maintain merchandising calendars
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis, and generate actionable insights
- Assist in preparing regular weekly/monthly analysis reports
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
- Strong interest in website operations, campaign execution, and digital brand management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, especially in coordinating with external agencies and multiple stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible, with strong execution and follow-up abilities.
- Familiar with basic Excel/Google Sheets functions for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Able to manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to start as soon as possible.
Period:
Immediately till 31 December 2026, full-time or part-time.
