Job Summary:
You will be responsible for leading and managing all logistics activities to support the company's business needs. This role requires a proactive approach in identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service level in both B2B and B2C logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments (stocks, fixtures, props, promotional items) for multiple brands
- Perform cost comparison and coordinate freight forwarding and shipping agents
- Prepare and verify import/export documentation and ensure compliance with customs regulations
- Supervise inbound processes and ensure timely customs clearance and delivery
- Ensure all shipments are insured according to trade terms (Incoterms)
- Verify HS codes, duties/taxes, and shipment terms
- Liaise with shippers and international customers for shipping arrangements and documentation
- Monitor 3PL partners on inbound/outbound operations, delivery, and returns
- Handle stock delivery including inter-store transfers and country stock transfer
- Ensure B2C orders are shipped in accordance with SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- Handle delivery discrepancies and manage claims processes if needed
- Perform inventory reconciliation and monitor daily B2B/B2C inventory levels
- Other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain management
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent planning, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and in a team, with high attention to detail
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability in job responsibilities
