Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring efficiency, and delivering excellent customer experience. Leads teams across operations, training, and visual merchandising, while working closely with marketing on promotions. Develops procedures, monitors KPIs, and drives initiatives to improve store performance, staff capabilities, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer service
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimize inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies
  • Manage and lead a diverse team of retail operation, training, visual merchandising team, providing guidance and support
  • Implement training programs to enhance staff skills and product knowledge
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions and events

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Retail Operations Manager or in a similar managerial role
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service principles
  • Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain, and logistics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
  • Proactive and results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement
