Job Title: Malaysian Transcriber (Remote - AI Data Research)
Project Overview
Join us in advancing the next generation of Speech Recognition technology. We are seeking detail-oriented speakers to support our Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) project. Your work will directly contribute to training AI models to understand and process various languages and dialects with high precision.
Responsibilities
- High-Fidelity Transcription: Accurately transcribe audio files into text according to specific project guidelines and linguistic policies.
- Quality & Output Management: Consistently meet or exceed daily quality benchmarks and volume targets established by the Project Manager.
- Feedback Integration: Adapt to periodic quality audits and implement feedback to ensure the data remains at a gold-standard level.
Requirements
- Linguistic Expertise: Fluency in [Malaysian]. A strong command of English is highly preferred for reading guidelines and communicating with the team.
- Technical Setup: Must own a reliable, up-to-date PC (Laptop/Desktop) with a stable, high-speed internet connection.
- Analytical Skills: A sharp sense of language and the ability to distinguish subtle phonetic or grammatical nuances.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in data annotation, transcription, expecially direct ASR Project experience is a significant advantage.
Important: Selection Process & Paid Evaluation
Please note that this recruitment process includes a mandatory one-day (8-hour) Project Test to be completed this week.
- Paid Testing: We value your time. The 8-hour testing period is fully compensated at the standard project rate.
- Final Selection: Formal project commencement is contingent upon passing this evaluation. If the quality standards of the test are met, you will be onboarded for the full duration of the project. If the evaluation is not passed, the project will not proceed beyond the test day.
Work Location: 100% Remote.
