Role Description

1) Tenant Operation

  • Monitor day by day overall mall tenant operations & update for any issues.
  • Attend weekly SST Meeting/Briefing & update on tenant operation, events & activities.
  • Work closely with HQ Mall in term of SOP's, policies and implementation of system and

procedures.

  • Work as a team to achieve Mall KPI without fail.
  • Work closely with FM, LPS, CS, SST and other departments to maintain effective overall

tenant operations, housekeeping, safety, security and building facility management.

  • To review & solve customer/tenants complaint related to Mall and update HQ Mall Operation.

2) Leasing

  • Work closely with HQ Leasing team, implementation of effective strategiesto achieve desired tenant mix.
  • Source out tenants/prospect to fill in vacant shop lots.
  • Keep in record current Mall OCC report.
  • Ensure All Tenant's details are in place and update.

3) Billing & Collection

  • Assist HQ Billing & Collection to follow up with tenants at branch level.
  • To ensure mall outstanding/ageing as per HQ Billing & Collection's forecast.
  • off electricity for any tenants with high outstanding as per HQ advice.
  • Ensure to submit tenants utilities reading to HQ Billing & Collection before within dateline.

Requirement

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Facilities Management, or related field, with at least 35 years experience in mall operations, retail management, or property management.
  • Strong knowledge of tenant operations, SOP implementation, facility management, safety, security, and housekeeping processes.
  • Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, or extended hours when required for mall operations or events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
