Mall Manager - Parkland Mall Melaka

Role Description

The Mall Manager will oversee the daily management and operations of Parkland Mall, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all activities. Responsibilities include leading the strategic planning and budgeting processes, coordinating with tenants, managing staff, and ensuring great customer experiences. The Mall Manager will also address operational challenges, foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and implement initiatives to enhance foot traffic and sales. This is a full-time on-site position based in Melaka.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Planning and Budgeting to ensure operational success and financial sustainability.
• Strong skills in Operations Management and Customer Service to oversee day-to-day mall operations and ensure excellent tenant and shopper experiences.
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, tenants, and external stakeholders.
• Leadership and team management experience to lead diverse teams and foster a productive workplace environment.
• Prior experience in retail, property management, or related fields is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
