About The Job
- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to drive footfall, enhance tenant visibility, and boost mall revenue across retail, F&B, and entertainment segments.
- Collaborate with tenants, internal teams, and external partners to create and execute engaging content and promotions across digital platforms, print media, and on-ground activations.
- Plan and manage mall events and seasonal campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity while enhancing shopper experience and community engagement.
- Analyze shopper behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Oversee relationships with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
about the manager/team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing or event management is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, mall management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
