To lead and manage the Marketing, A&P, dept and team, by providing the leadership and direction to achieve the company objectives, goals & KPI.
To develop and implement Marketing, A&P dept. strategies & plans to improve the profitability of the Marketing, A&P dept. and achieve the set KPI.
To plan, develop and manage the Marketing, A&P, budget and review the performance and take remedial action to ensure the budget & KPI are achieved and have monthly review with your superior.
To manage and improve the footfall rate of the Mall and ensure the Marketing Events/ activities and promotions are optimized to the best of the Mall and align to marketing, A&P budget
To manage and lead the best practices in marketing events/ activities/promotion space/kiosk/ vending machines/ counters management, renewal, expiry & termination including all Letter of Offer/confirmation (LOO/C), License Agreement (LA) and any other documentations processes.
To assist, attend & liaise with event organizers/ promotion vendors/ operators & retailers documentations /execution and ensure that proper management approval is obtained for any amendment.
To manage and review all Marketing, A&P Budget & KPI performance in terms of rental/income yield, Gross Sales Turnover (GTO) % rent growth, and overall performance for the Mall improvement.
To manage and ensure that all Marketing reports and documentation are properly recorded, file and documented for safe keeping and in accordance to company SOP.
To lead, guide and train your Marketing, A&P, team and to maintain professionalism & standards with high integrity and performance. Providing support to your team and assisting in their negotiation.
To manage and attend to tenants/ promotions space operators & customers/ shoppers queries, requests, feedbacks, and complaints with a view to rectify/resolve issues for services improvement and maintaining strong relationship with them.
Monitoring closely on all tenants/ promotions space operators /event organizers/ advertising space rental income collection and analyzing performance to take necessary steps & legal action to ensure all collections are according to company policy.
To check and verify all events/ activities/ promotions space/ vending machines/counters information key-in and updated into Yardi system to ensure accuracy of data & information.
To manage and monitor all Marketing, A&P social media platforms & performance to maximize the effectiveness of creating rand awareness/ engagement & interaction with customers & shoppers
To plan, manage and create tenants engagement and sales initiatives with tenants/ promotion space operators/ retailers to generate growth in overall Gross Sales turnover (GTO) & % rent in the mall
To liaise, monitor and update the finance department on billing, collection, and reporting.
Compilations, updating and generating periodic reports on weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly on timely basis for management reporting & are reviewed with remedial action for performance improvement on a timely basis for management reporting.
To conduct regular market study and gathering of Marketing, A&P, information on events/ activities/ promotions space operators/tenants/retailers & market competitors for improvement of the Marketing, A&P, dept performance.
To plan, review and evaluate the KPIs for your staff Performance on periodic review and provide quarterly reporting on the KPIs.
To Plan, develop, and review your manpower management including manpower development, coaching, training and improvement action to enhance the productivity of your team.
Review existing Standard Operating Policy and Procedures (SOPP) and propose enhancement and ensure full implementation of SOPP and compliance.
To ensure good teamwork and cooperation among all staff within the dept and inter-dept in harmonies working environment
To ensure that all confidential information in the Marketing, A&P, dept are kept within the dept and company and must not be shared to any third parties.
Any other duties assigned by the management / Head of Tenancy
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or its equivalent
At least 10 years working experience in Tenancy or Marketing related field with 3 years in management role
Strong interpersonal & presentation skills
Creative mind and always keep track of the market trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
Candidates with the ability to generate revenue will be desired
