Oversee the wellsite installation, operation, and maintenance of MPD equipment ensuring compliance with safety, technical, and budgetary requirements, reporting to Lead DSV.
Active, visible and committed in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) by applying a high priority to safety performance of all drilling and completion operations.
Actively participated in HAZID/HAZOP/JSA/RA and other HSE program.
Ensure compliance with Companys Standards and Procedures.
Manage day-to-day MPD activities with MPD Advisor (or its designated), ensuring adherence to the drilling program and company standards.
Capture all lessons learnt (incl. AAR) into Companys database actively participate in Lessons Learnt operating rhythm
Requirement
Minimum 15 years of experience in D&C and MPD operations related.
Proposed personnel must possess a tertiary qualification (especially in engineering or equivalent work experience).
Excellent communication, advisory, interpersonal and writing skills in English.
Analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
