YOUR ROLE
- Execute Management Accounting activities and tasks within Global Business Services.
- Conduct comprehensive business results analysis for entities by site/group, including inventory, expenses, product costing, manufacturing cost, unit cost, and project investment.
- Manage and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of management accounting records and reports.
- Support month-end closing processes for Management Accounting.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including site operations, business groups, finance teams, and central functions.
- Participate in the development and implementation of the Management Accounting and reporting transfer roadmap.
Your Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in financial analysis, preferably within the semiconductor industry or a Global Business Services environment.
- Strong proficiency in Management Accounting or Cost Accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP and Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
