Management Analyst. - Banking Domain

We're looking for a Business Analyst (Compliance) to act as the bridge between schemes, business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders. You will translate regulatory mandates into clear business requirements and drive the end-to-end requirements and design phases for compliance initiatives.

Analyze and interpret regulatory mandates (internal, local, regional, schemes)

Assess impact on existing systems and processes

Gather and document business & functional requirements (incl. JIRA stories)

Conduct gap analysis and identify risks & improvements

Coordinate requirements with business, IT, vendors, and project teams

Present requirements/designs in IT demand meetings

Support UAT planning and execution

Track project progress and maintain dashboards & documentation

Must Have:

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Banking, MIS, or related fields

Strong requirement-gathering & documentation skills

Experience in SDLC, business analysis, and cross-functional coordination

Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management

Nice to Have:

Experience in Banking or Cards domain

Familiarity with compliance/regulatory initiatives

Experience preparing functional specs or JIRA stories
