We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Management Associate to join our Malaysia office. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and the Special Projects team to support and deliver strategic recruitment and workforce solutions projects across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Project Delivery
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of regional recruitment and workforce solutions projects.
- Work closely with project leads to ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
- Coordinate activities across multiple countries, teams, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
Recruitment Operations Support
- Assist in managing large-scale and volume hiring projects across various industries.
- Coordinate recruitment activities between sourcing teams, recruiters, and client stakeholders.
- Support overseas recruitment campaigns, recruitment trips, and hiring events.
- Track recruitment metrics and project performance indicators.
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with internal teams across Singapore, Malaysia, and other regional offices.
- Support client communications and ensure timely follow-up on project requirements.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and document key action items.
Business Analysis & Reporting
- Gather, analyze, and interpret operational and recruitment data.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
- Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements.
- Support business case development for new initiatives and projects.
Process Improvement & Strategic Initiatives
- Participate in special projects focused on operational excellence and business growth.
- Assist in developing and implementing standardized processes across regional teams.
- Support automation, digitalization, and workflow improvement initiatives.
- Contribute ideas to improve project delivery, recruitment efficiency, and client experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of working experience. Fresh graduates with strong academic and extracurricular achievements are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for regional projects and recruitment initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in project coordination, consulting, recruitment, operations, or business analysis.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes, workforce solutions, or outsourcing services.
- Experience working with regional stakeholders across Southeast Asia.
