  • Configure, customize, test and optimize planning platforms to meet client needs.
  • Lead or participate in project phases including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Drive process strategy and assessment, helping clients define roadmaps, assess performance, and reengineer processes for better outcomes.
  • Support intelligent enterprise initiatives in areas such as governance, organization structure, KPI definition, and solution strategy.
  • Manage solution mobilization and transformation programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams including business, IT, and external partners.
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and deliver user training where needed.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and advanced digital tools, including AI/ML in planning.
  • Work in multi-cultural, global environments, with potential for travel or remote collaboration across time zones.

Required Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with at least one leading planning platform: o9 Digital Brain, Kinaxis RapidResponse, OMP, Blue Yonder, RELEX, or other cloud-based solutions (list non-exhaustive).
  • Strong skills in solution development, configuration, and delivery.
  • Experience or knowledge of S&OP processes including integrated supply chain planning.
  • Experience in demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP.
  • Open to candidates with consulting or end-user backgrounds (consulting experience preferred).
  • 2-10+ years of relevant experience depending on role level (Analyst, Consultant, or Manager).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to interpret data and apply advanced technologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholders in global, cross-cultural environments.
  • Exposure to category management (e.g., Grocery, Fresh) is an advantage.
  • Experience with AI/ML tools for planning is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, quickly learn new skills, and thrive in a team environment.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3-10+ years of relevant experience, depending on level (Analyst, Consultant, or Manager).
