Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. You will be responsible for team decisions and will engage with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions. As part of this role, you will be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
You will design new business processes based on customer requirements, analyze current state and design new processes and solutions leveraging established methods, tools, and assets, implement programs and interventions that prepare the organization for change.
Key Responsibilities includes:
Sales
Originate, shape, and convert Strategy and Consulting related sales opportunities with Energy clients in the Southeast Asian region. This would cover the Oil and Gas value chain, however with greater focus and specialization on:-
Upstream and Midstream (Integrated Gas)
Application of digital (data, AI, IoT, OT) strategy and technology to generate value covering areas such as forecasting, asset and production optimisation etc.
Candidate should be able to engage clients directly and independently on the industry-related topics and identify new opportunities for value creation
Brings the relevant strategy and consulting experience and able to integrate into the ways of working of consulting (from value narrative shaping, leading teams to get deliverables out and reviewing key analyses, to working in a fast-paced, multi-team org structure).
Delivery lead role for Energy Strategy & Consulting (S&C) type projects manage end-to-end financials to deliverables and client management.
Key Qualifications:
Strong consulting acumen experience is highly preferred
Expert proficiency in Hydrocarbon and Commercial Management
A minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant related skills
Expert proficiency in Upstream Oil & Gas Field Operations, Oil & Gas Supply Chain, Gas Hydrocarbon Supply Chain and digital transformation experience.
