Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Transformation Solution Architect at the Senior Manager level to join our team within the Solution Advisory group. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of HR processes, coupled with solution and delivery experience. With at least 6-7 years tenure at Accenture, you will leverage your expertise to drive innovative solutions and facilitate HR transformations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR transformation solutions that align with business goals and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide strategic direction and thought leadership in HR technology and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that integrate HR systems with other transformation tools.
  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into effective HRT solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in solution architecture.
  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends and technologies to continuously optimize solutions.

  • Key Qualifications :

  • At least 5-6 years tenure at Accenture with a proven track record in HR transformation, and overall 10+ years experience in the domain.
  • Extensive solution and/or delivery experience in the HR domain.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and deliver effective solutions.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

  • Preferred Skills:


    Ability to create a HR based solution for clients as offerings as well as RFP/RFI responses. Knowledge of cloud-based HR solutions and platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors). Experience with data analytics and reporting tools in HR. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and manage multiple priorities.
