Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and multitasking Management Executive to support the smooth daily operations of the Temple. This role involves manage administrative and operational matters, coordinating temple and cultural activities, and providing secretariat support to the Management Team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Lunch provided
  • 5.5-day work week(Roster-based)

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration & Management

  • Manage general office administration, operations, and maintenance.
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and service contracts.
  • Implement and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure proper filing, documentation, and record management.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address administrative challenges and enhance overall organisational effectiveness.

Secretariat & Management Support

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Management Team.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and related documentation.
  • Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of resolutions, correspondence, and statutory matters.

Event & Project Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate temple, cultural, and community activities.
  • Liaise with event partners, contractors, and logistics providers.
  • Support the setup, safety, security, and upkeep of event venues and temple premises.
  • Assist in project coordination and operational follow-up.

Communications & Public Relations

  • Draft official correspondence, notices, and announcements.
  • Support social media platforms and website updates.
  • Assist in public engagement and community communication initiatives.

Ad-hoc Assignment

  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments/projects/duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Able to communicate and handle documentation in both English and Mandarin to liaise effectively with English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Strong multitasking, organisational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn and adapt.
