Summary
A fast-track program to learn how our products get from the supplier to the customer. Work in both the warehouse/office and our retail stores to ensure our best-selling items are always available.
Key Responsibilities
- StockManagement: Track top-selling items to make sure they never run out (OOS).
- Promotion Support: Coordinate deliveries so new products arrive on time for marketing launches.
- Store Operations: Work on the front line to manage staff, serve customers, and ensure the store runs smoothly.
- Problem Solving: Find ways to fix delivery delays and improve customer service reviews.
- Data Reporting: Use sales numbers to help plan stock levels for the coming months.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Skills: Good with numbers (Excel) and strong communication skills.
- Chinese speaking preferred.
- Able to speak & read Korean will be an additional advantage.
- Flexibility: Willing to rotate between the office, warehouse, and retail stores.
