Job Description

Responsibilities:

1) Acquisition & Placement

  • Talent sourcing and selection.
  • Participate in nationwide career fairs and talks.
  • Resource planning and mobilization to ensure that staffing needs of the Bank are supported.
  • Manage staff promotions to identify best fit for available position.

2) Compensation

  • Manage employees monthly payroll
  • Process employees benefits related applications (i.e. staff loans, staff claims and etc)

3) Governance, Policy & Wellbeing

  • Conducts research, review and development of HR related policies to ensure compliance with the internal policies and external regulatory provisions.
  • Responsible for the review, action plans and submission of impact analysis following implementation of new regulatory provisions.
  • Preparation of Board Papers for submission and approval
  • Reviews, coordinates and prepares written document for the Bank's annual report
  • Coordinates and responsible for the communication and reply to queries in relation to HCM's policies and procedures.
  • Handles the periodic reports and reviews of HCM's risk management, controls and compliance.
  • Performs salary benchmarking, surveys for PBB and the analysis of the survey results.

Requirements:

  • A recognized Degree.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
