Responsibilities:
1) Acquisition & Placement
- Talent sourcing and selection.
- Participate in nationwide career fairs and talks.
- Resource planning and mobilization to ensure that staffing needs of the Bank are supported.
- Manage staff promotions to identify best fit for available position.
2) Compensation
- Manage employees monthly payroll
- Process employees benefits related applications (i.e. staff loans, staff claims and etc)
3) Governance, Policy & Wellbeing
- Conducts research, review and development of HR related policies to ensure compliance with the internal policies and external regulatory provisions.
- Responsible for the review, action plans and submission of impact analysis following implementation of new regulatory provisions.
- Preparation of Board Papers for submission and approval
- Reviews, coordinates and prepares written document for the Bank's annual report
- Coordinates and responsible for the communication and reply to queries in relation to HCM's policies and procedures.
- Handles the periodic reports and reviews of HCM's risk management, controls and compliance.
- Performs salary benchmarking, surveys for PBB and the analysis of the survey results.
Requirements:
- A recognized Degree.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Possesses strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
