Assist in managing employee services and affairs, including onboarding, offboarding, and addressing employee-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Support day-to-day HR operations such as administration, and HR documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
Handle inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and interview scheduling.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Participate in HR digitalization process
Any other tasks as assigned.
Your Profile:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
02 years of HR experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Willing to be based in either Perai or Kulim and on 1 year fixed term contract.
