JOB DESCRIPTION

Throughout the program, candidates will be exposed to the engineering & manufacturing activities in a fast-paced environment.
Gain experience in manufacturing environment with a highly committed team.
Expose to on-the-job trainings in different departments.
Work on special projects focus on cost reduction, process improvement or problem solving.
Gain subject specific knowledge or technical-related competencies by understanding the mechanics of different functions in manufacturing industry.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Entry-level or fresh university graduate with bachelor's degree in Engineering & Science.
Proficient in both written and spoken English.
Good knowledge in MS-Office applications.
Able to think critically, act innovatively, find solutions to problems and communicate ideas effectively.
