What you'll experience (2026 Intake):

• Two (2) rotations over 24 months across freight forwarding (e.g., Air/Ocean operations, Customer Operations, ValueAdded Services & Commercial support).
• Run daily operations in your assigned team to understand endtoend forwarding processes and service standards.
• Own reports & insights: ensure accuracy, meet deadlines, and apply basic data analysis to support decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders: collaborate with internal teams and customers to solve problems and improve service.
• Project exposure: contribute to process improvement/crossfunctional projects that align with our Strategy 2030 focus on quality, digitalization and sustainable growth.

Locations:Suba ng Jaya (HQ),Penang, Johor (mobility required during the 24month program).

Requirements & Qualifications:

Musthave

• Bachelor's Degree (any discipline related to Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or similar).
• 0-2 years experience (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged).
• Strong communication skills proficiency in English and Malay (written & spoken).
• Learning agility & initiative - analytical, adaptable, decisive, and comfortable in a fastpaced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Penang/Johor during rotations and to attend inperson interviews at Subang Jaya/Penang.

Goodtohave

• Passion for Logistics/Freight Forwarding and customer service.
• Systems & ops: Fast learner of ops systems runs endtoend workflows independently, on time & accurate.
• Analytical problem solving: Synthesizes operational data to spot patterns comfortable with Excel (pivot tables/lookups/charts). Familiarity with process improvement or project work is a plus.
• Coordination: Clear updates and coordination across crossfunctional teams.
• Leadership: Initiative, accountability, adaptability and commercial awareness to drive improvements.
