Role Description The Management Trainee Program is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur City. Management Trainees will rotate across key departments to gain hands-on experience in marine products, services operations, and business support functions. Daily tasks include assisting managers with project coordination, preparing reports and analysis, supporting customer interactions, and participating in team meetings and training sessions. Trainees will learn standard operating procedures, contribute to process improvements, and support implementation of company policies and initiatives. The role is designed to develop future leaders who understand Misarma's business, values, and operational standards.
