What You'll Learn & Do
- Support the development and execution of brand plans, including sales targets, campaign ideas, communication strategy, and budget tracking
- Work closely with creative, media, and commercial teams to bring campaigns to life across multiple touchpoints
- Assist in analysing consumer insights, market trends, and campaign performance to support decision making
- Help ensure brand consistency and effectiveness across channels
- Gain exposure to the end-to-end brand building process in a fast-moving FMCG environment, especially within beauty and cosmetics
This role will help you connect insights with action, creativity with data, and ideas with measurable business results.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communication, Economics, Engineering, or related fields from a recognised local or international university
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 12 years of working experience are welcome to apply
- Strong interest in the FMCG industry, particularly brand building in beauty or cosmetics
- Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals such as brand strategy, campaign planning, budgeting, and performance evaluation
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills, able to work with cross-functional teams
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
