Management Trainee Program

Role Description

The Management Trainee Program is a full-time on-site role located in Kapar with SyAqua. The Management Trainee to experience comprehensive training development through job rotation between six (6) section which are Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Laboratory for a total of twelve (12) months of training period. Management Trainee should be able to handle sensitive company information which requires a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

After the training period, the Management Trainee will assume management responsibilities, working collaboratively with their teammates to achieve sales targets, manage customer needs, ensure operational efficiency, and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical or Quality or Chemical Engineering/Production or Operation or any related field.
• Good command of written and spoken English (Able to communicate in English.)
• Good command of Computer literacy and experience with MS office applications.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• High responsibility and able to work under Private and Confidential nature, proactive and initiative.
• Multitasking, Idea, positive attitude, flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good analytical and problem skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
