Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, cold calling, proposal preparation, and deal follow-ups.
- Help coordinate client meetings, product demos, and sales presentations.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales activity data.
- Analyze sales trends, prepare performance reports, and support pipeline forecasting.
- Help prepare marketing collateral, case studies, and event materials.
- Work closely with product, pre-sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in messaging and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in QS or related industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Professional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills including listening, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Literacy in other languages will be added advantage (Malay & Mandarin).
- Strong work ethic: Team oriented, independent, fast learner, highly energetic, data-driven and results-oriented
- Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and Office Software
