Role Overview:
We are seeking a product-oriented and commercially driven Acceptance Platforms Manager with strong product and technology background to join our Commercial Division. This role centres on overseeing platform integrations, managing acceptance channels and driving growth in online and offline payments. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations of our acceptance channels while building scalable, innovative solutions for the acceptance ecosystem.
What You'll Do:
- Product & Platform Ownership: Define and execute the product roadmap for acceptance platforms, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives while delivering scalable solutions.
- Integration & Platform Operations: Oversee integration, resolve issues, and ensure platform reliability.
- Channel Management: Manage merchant and acquirer relationships, performance, and service quality.
- Process & Operations Improvement: identify and drive enhancements in core commercial processes (e.g., refunds, PSR, reconciliation) to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Business Planning & Insights: analyze performance, market trends, and deliver actionable reports.
Role Requirements:
- Background / Experience: Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field. Working experience in related fields/payments industry is essential.
- Product & Technical Skills: Strong understanding of payment platforms, APIs, and integration processes. Familiarity with eCommerce and acceptance ecosystems.
- Analytical Skills: Comfortable analysing data sets, tracking performance metrics, and preparing reports.
- Communication: Clear and concise in sharing findings with peers and immediate managers.
- Technical/Tools: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets/PowerPoint/Slides; experience with payment integrations and processes
- Commercial Acumen: Understanding of merchant acquiring dynamics and eCommerce ecosystems; focuses on execution tasks.
- Detail vs. Big Picture: Detail-oriented, able to spot patterns and connect dots under guidance.
- Self-Starter / Initiative: Proactive learner, eager to take ownership of product and platform initiatives.
- Collaboration: Works well with peers and cross-functional teams to support projects and deliver results.
