Manager, Aesthetics, Reconstructive & Head-Neck Surgery Services

Job Description

1. Drive service growth and development for Aesthetics, Reconstructive & Head-Neck Surgery services.
2. Manage clinical operations, financial performance, service quality, and patient satisfaction.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with specialists and referring physicians.
4. Work with multidisciplinary teams to plan, develop, and manage related medical services.
5. Monitor new medical technologies and recommend suitable treatments, medications, and innovations.
6. Provide expert guidance on treatment programs, research, and strategic direction.
7. Represent the Aesthetics, Reconstructive & Head-Neck Surgery services when needed.
8. Lead initiatives to expand and strengthen the overall service line.

Job Requirement

1. Must have Recognized Medical Degree from an accredited University.
2. Has valid Annual Practicing Certificates (APC) & registered with Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
3. Minimum 10 years of working experience in clinical work in healthcare setting.
4. Possess management capabilities and leadership qualities.
5. Able to analyze and present data related to quality and safety in healthcare and facilitate actions to address identified issues.
