Job Description

Business, Strategy & Financial Planning

  • Assist the GMD in business planning, financial strategy, budgeting outlook, and revenue planning.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies for new opportunities and projects.
  • Support preparation of business proposals, client pitches, and strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with Finance to gather financial data, forecasts, and performance insights for decision-making.
  • Prepare business cases, financial justifications, and profitability analysis for expansion or investment plans.
  • Develop high-quality presentations, proposals, and business materials.

Project & Execution Monitoring

  • Track progress of key projects and assignments in line with the GMD's directives.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
  • Maintain a project dashboard and highlight risks, delays, and action plans to the GMD.
  • Act as liaison between the GMD and internal teams to ensure effective execution.

Meeting, Presentation & Follow-up

  • Prepare meeting agendas, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Attend meetings or business functions with/for the GMD when required.
  • Record key decisions and track follow-up actions across departments.

Executive & Operational Support

  • Manage the GMD's schedule, prioritizing business-critical matters.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and represent the GMD professionally when required.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings including minutes and action tracking.
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Operations to improve business efficiency.

SuRequirements

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business support, corporate planning, finance support, or executive support roles.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and documentation ability.
  • High level of professionalism, organization, and confidentiality.
  • Able to liaise with senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel and attend business functions when required.
